Breath. Stretch. Wake-Up. in english
I invite you to create some space for yourself. Using your breath to move into deep stretches and hold stillness in asanas. All classes begin with a short meditation or pranayama to find yourself into the space and on to the mat. Connecting to the nature around you with the slow and steady movements of your breath and the calming sounds of the water around us.
We will move into energising stretches and strengthen back, hips and neck for the day.
