Vinyasa Yoga mit Sonja
energizing and nourishing, in english
We will do a nice, energizing and nourishing 60 minutes session of some feel good yoga. It will be the perfect class for beginners as well as advanced yogis. We will start with some gentle stretches, warming up our bodies with sun salutations, do a nurturing flow and cool down with deep stretches followed by a peaceful relaxation. It will be a fluid, dynamic flow as we will be right by the water, enjoying the beautiful view on the boat.
Please bring your own mat if you have one, we also have a few to borrow. To stay warm during Savasana you can bring a blanket or a jacket/warm sweater to cover yourself. In case of bad weather the lesson is cancelled.
