A gentle day to reconnect, unwind, and nurture yourself
Step into a peaceful space where time slows down and everything is allowed to soften. This mindful day retreat invites you to let go of tension, recharge your energy, and come back to yourself – with movement, breath, and simple, grounding practices that support both body and mind. We begin with a calming check-in and breathing practice to gently arrive and settle your nervous system. From there, we move through somatic exercises to deepen body awareness, followed by an energizing Vinyasa Flow to release physical and mental stress. After a nourishing lunch, we shift into a theory session on stress and mindfulness, exploring how stress shows up in the body and which tools truly help in everyday life. You’ll receive simple take-home practices to support your well-being beyond this day. In the afternoon, we work with Emotion Cards, hold a symbolic letting-go ritual, and enjoy a mindful break with tea and quiet connection. To close, you’ll be guided through a meditation to your inner place of rest, followed by a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga session and a gentle closing circle. We finish with a drink on the roof and a sundowner view.
METHODS
We blend Vinyasa and Yin Yoga with somatic bodywork, meditation, breathwork, and coaching-inspired elements such as creative reflection, emotion work, and small rituals.
